The Pace Development Company contracted with The Byrd's Group to re-establish the landscape along Cuthbertson Rd. after a utility project was completed by the gas company. Recognizing this would not be a project for just a landscape company The Byrd's Group called on their site work division, TBG Construction to fill the need.
The focus of the site work was to establish the correct grade and provide a solution for effective drainage. Stage 1 required stripping all vegetation and hauling off. Stage 2 began by rough grading allowing acceptable tolerances to be achieved and establishing swales. The final phase of the site work was turning over a grading project to the landscape division within tolerances.
