Mr. Byrd,

I recently stopped in your place to talk to someone about a small erosion problem I had at my home in Cabarrus Count. Well not so small, some of the ruts were 8” to 10” deep from poor drainage and several years of myself trying to do the grading and seeding on a hillside that seemed to conquer me every year. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly lady whom in turn introduced me to Brian Youngerman. I wasn’t sure whether my small project really would mean anything to a company the size of The Byrd’s Group, but I was pleasantly surprised by the attention shown by Brian. Brian came to my home and shortly after worked up a proposal. I liked the idea of using the erosion mat over the whole project and using the hydro-seeder. Brian, Jamie, and Leandro really paid attention to detail. The whole project went really smooth and we finally have nice green grass on a hillside with no ruts on it.

I also own my own business and am always interested in customer feedback. You should be proud to have these guys on your staff and I will definitely use The Byrd’s Group on my next project.
