Description
The Byrd’s Group Inc, a leading Charlotte area Landscape Company, is seeking an experienced Shop/Fleet Supervisor to work the NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE.

Candidate must have experience in the repair of small engine, landscape equipment, light duty & heavy duty truck repair. Applicant must have their own tools and a NC driver's license.

The right individual will have a positive attitude, mechanical aptitude and be able to lead others to a common goal. Leadership skills and the ability to teach others are required for this position.

Salary package will be based upon experience. Benefit package includes - 401k, company paid vacations & holidays, health and dental insurance.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers. A positive and professional image is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience working on and maintaining small engine equipment, trucks, trailers and other landscape equipment.
• Leadership Skills
• Ability to teach others
• A NC Drivers License
• Complete set of tools
